Using the reports

Once Helios has been deployed onto a CCTV system, various statistics and data immediately start being recorded to our central cloud database. Now that all of this data is being logged how on earth are we going to use this information in a simple and user-friendly manner?

The Answer is Reports.

Our extensive reports provide a simple yet powerful way of displaying the data retrieved from your CCTV systems, these reports can not only be generated on demand but can also be scheduled on a Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis.

Your Headline Act For Maintenance

Maintenance programs don't often appeal to all clients as it is often hard to 'see what you are paying for' Helios is your 'headline act" when it comes to offering a maintenance package. When maintenance involves cleaning cameras, monitoring systems, health checks and other services often this dont provide results that will be visible to your clients. Helios not only improves your maintenance service but the reporting functionality provides proactive alerts that the maintenance is being completed at all times and provides the reports to prove it.

Something For Everyone

From monthly image snapshots confirming the quality and performance of the CCTV system to daily error reports indicating which cameras have had an error or have gone offline in the past 24 hours, our reports have all the information you could ever want.
