As part of the Helios log file we will automatically backup the camera configuration. This feature is particularly useful for cameras with unusual or complex configuration setups. For example if a camera was to accidently restore to factory settings, by using the Helios portal you can upload its last known correct configuration and quickly solve the issue. Helios will back up the logs for 30 days, allowing plenty of time for a fault to be noticed.
